Shipping and Handling Fees*:
Minimum Order: $25.00
Orders subtotaling $25.00 to $75.00: $7.50 shipping
Orders subtotaling $75.01 to $175.00: $15.00 shipping
Orders subtotaling $175.01 to $300.00: $20.00 shipping
Orders subtotaling $300.01 to $400.00: $25.00 shipping
Orders subtotaling $400.01 and up: Free standard shipping**

* Please note that some items, due to their unusual size or dimensions, may require additional shipping costs. Please be advised that, in these cases (as will be indicated within the product description) we will forward you an invoice for the additional shipping charges separately, which you can then pay online.

Shipping: The majority of our items are shipped from our Sacramento, California location and will ship within 5-7 business days of when your order is placed. Specialized orders, including custom built items such as our wooden high tank toilet sets, can take up to 2-3 weeks. If you have questions about what qualifies as a "special order" please contact us at 1-00-916-BATH for clarification. In order to keep prices low certain bigger items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. These orders are processed right away on our end and also usually ship within 5-7 days, however we can not guarantee delivery times on these items.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which takes an additional 5-7 days transit time.

Warranty: Our items are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase when properly installed by qualified, licensed plumber unless otherwise noted. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed.

Return Policy: We gladly accept returns of merchandise in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the full paid price of the item being returned. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the order was placed. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund. Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee. There are no refunds for shipping unless the return is a result of our error. If you need to return an item, please email or call to advise us in advance so that we may be on the lookout.

Claims: ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WTHIN 72 HOURS. Do not return merchandise without prior authorization.

Claims for Damages: IN ALL CASES, RETAIN ALL PACKING MATERIALS, AS CARRIER WILL INSPECT FOR DAMAGES. For U.P.S. shipment, report damaged merchandise. Then, if you will advise us, we will send a replacement. For other shippers, save all packing materials and report damages to us immediately. Upon receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse, we will process claim.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless price is protected in writing, shipments will be at prevailing prices.
